10,000km/12 Months+ Service Check List

• Remove wheel/s and check brake shoe and magnet wear
• Remove bearings, check for wear, wash and repack with grease – replace seals
• Check suspension components including shock absorber mounting bolts if applicable
• Check springs and shackles for wear
• Check coupling, chassis rails, cross members and A-frame for fatigue
• Clean and spray any rust on chassis
• Check handbrake and jockey wheel
• Check tyres for wear/pressure and inflate as required
• Check wheel nut tensions
• Check gas bottles/hoses for leaks and condition
• Check water pump, taps and shower operation
• Check toilet including flush mechanism
• Check all light operation
• Check mains power
• Check brake safe and ESC (if applicable)
• Check Anderson and 12 pin plug
• Check battery is holding charge
• Check stabilizer legs and grease if required
• Check all sealants including roof hatches, j moulds, windows and doors
• Check and lubricate windows/blinds and doors/cupboards as required
• Check water tank mountings/hoses
• Check air conditioner operation, tension bolts and clean filter
• Check main appliance operation including fridge and washing machine
• Check hot water service and sacrificial anode
